Rigor and Riches

Just finished the second session of our Planning Game for the e-commerce project at work. It has been a rigorous and rich experience. I am the official facilitator, but as the team gets into the rhythm of the Game, I have been able to guide it with a more gentle hand. I am relishing in the experience of being an XP Coach.
