I've been getting increasingly frustrated at work lately. This morning I realized my priorities were off course. I had failed to uphold the second greatest commandment: "love your neighbor as yourself," which is reflected in the first statement of the Agile Manifesto: "We have come to value individuals and interactions over processes and tools."
Walking to work I said a prayer for my pair and my team. My frustration immediately lifted. I must remember that it's all about the people, they are the cornerstone. I am re-energized to see what God has in store...
