Agile Universe meets the Big Easy

Looks like I'll be able to make it to XP Agile Universe in August. This will be the first time I've gone to the same conference in consecutive years. I'm interested to see how perspectives have changed and how Agile Software Devleopment has evolved.

I'm going to try to spend some time around Ward Cunningham. I haven't heard enough from him.
