So are you still doing the same thing, or is this a paradigm shift of sorts?

If there is a paradigm shift, I suppose it is the fact that I will be moving from a large, slow-moving non-profit company into a company like ThoughtWorks. Other than that, much will be the same ... lots of Java and agile principles. Possibly some .Net.
