Iteration Planning Meeting
Thursday, March 6, 2003

Our second iteration begins today. Yesterday, the team spent the afternoon breaking down this iteration's Stories into Tasks. It went beautifully, I couldn't have asked for a better meeting. We started the meeting with a brief retrospective. Everyone spoke up with mostly positive feedback. People are enjoying the open workspace and pair programming. TDD is still a struggle for most of us.
